Can I cancel or get a refund?
Personal+ isn't on sale yet — it's coming soon. When it launches it will be billed monthly with no lock-in: cancel anytime from the customer portal and keep access through the period you've paid for, with the free Personal plan always there to fall back on.
What counts as an inbox and a project?
An inbox is one private email address you create on a real domain — it persists until you archive or delete it. A project is a folder that groups related inboxes (for example, one product or one test flow). Personal gives you 1 project with up to 5 inboxes; Personal+ raises that to 5 projects and up to 50 inboxes.
What do I get on the free plan?
Everything you need to test email as one developer: 1 project, up to 5 persistent inboxes, live delivery, one-click code & link capture, safe HTML rendering, and search. No credit card required, and it stays free.
How does billing work?
Personal+ will be $9 per month when it launches — it's coming soon and not billable yet. Checkout and every change afterward — updating your card, viewing invoices, or cancelling — will run through a secure hosted customer portal, so we never store your card details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Personal+ is coming soon. Once it's available you'll be able to move up the moment you outgrow the free limits and back down to Personal whenever you like, with your inboxes and history staying put across the change. For now everyone's on the free Personal plan.
Is this for signing up to other sites anonymously?
No. Perenmail is built for developers testing email on their own products — private, registered-only addresses with no public inbox browsing. It's deliberately not a throwaway service for anonymous signups or spam avoidance.
